Minimum Licence Requirements
- Unless specified below tools will work with an ArcGIS Desktop Basic licence where you are loading data to a file geodatabase.
- If however you are writing data to an Enterprise geodatabase then an ArcGIS Desktop Standard licence is required

- ArcGIS Desktop Standard Licence – If you wish to build a Network Dataset from the data
- ArcGIS Network Analyst Extension – If you wish to build a Network Dataset from the data
OS MasterMap Topography Layer
- ArcGIS Desktop Standard Licence – If you wish to create the annotation lines featureclass
UK Locators
- ArcGIS Desktop Standard Licence
- ArcGIS Desktop Advanced License required for:
- AddressBase Premium Street Locator
OS Transport Layer
